watched 'the road to guantanamo' on monday night

it left me disturbed, depressed and disgusted
disturbed that human beings could be treated in such a way
depressed that there are actually people out there
who could carry out such treatments
how cold and hardened must their hearts be?
disgusted that there are people who think
they have a right to carry out such treatments

it also made me think of Abu Amatullah
he's alleged with similar charges
while he's only in a detention centre down under
i wonder if he ever received such treatments
