attended this on Friday and Saturday night
the group meeting yesterday prevented me from attending last night's lecture
had no idea who the speaker was
but according to this he's a pretty renowned orator
and boy did it show during the lectures!
both nights that i attended had the lecture hall crowded with people
to the point that people had to sit on the floor
the lectures' were good by the way

and met several familiar faces on Friday night
besides her and her , there were also the sisters from Clayton
Hikmah, Eliah and that sister that i usually bump into in the musollah
then there was Umm Zahir, Umm Musa and Sister Asiah
and of course, Amber too

will be coming home to two new nieces this holiday
Abg Aidee and Kak Nor's princess Khalisah
as well as Kak Ya and Abg Randy's new princess
besides that, according to the sister who perasan she is an angel
we'll be getting 'a pink room a pink room a pink room'

tentative exam dates out
haf d chance to be back before last ten days of Ramadhan
question is
will i make that choice?

dont get me wrong
it's not that i'm not homesick
or miss family and friends
or don't look forward to *that* Komalas date
or anything like that

but *sigh*
so gonna miss everyone here when i go back this time
Ami, Imel, Hatice, Amber, IISCA classes, etc

call up SIA and enqure on the still available dates

date with the housemates and houseemate's friends later tonight
a group of exchange students from Germany, America, Egypt and God knows where else
dinner at a Turkish restaurant on Sydney Road
complete with belly-dancing entertainment
they've been bugging me to join in and get to know these people
kalau tak pegi mcm anti-social pulak kan
jadi hamba pon ikut sahaja laah~

going home to sleep

Haryati also happens to be a cousin of sis Diyana
who happens to be a member of Syabab En-Naeem, my much loved beliawanis

cant tell you how surprised and happy i am upon hearing the news from Sis Nisa'
it also made me realise how out of touch i am with the news from back home

when i left early this year she was very much single
and now she's getting hitched!
a very simple affair too
no sanding2 and all that nonsense
juz nikah at masjid and walimah at restaurant
very much the proper way *smiles*
